Welcome to Tynn.ai, an AI-powered roadmap management platform by Renaissance Analytics (“Tynn,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our platform, website, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use Tynn.
Tynn.ai helps product managers, developers, and entrepreneurs organize projects, manage versions, and collaborate with AI assistants to streamline workflow.
You may access the Service through our website, integrations, or authorized AI/MCP interfaces.
You must:
Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have authority to enter into these Terms if you are using Tynn on behalf of a company or organization.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To use Tynn.ai, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete information.
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
You may use Tynn.ai only for lawful purposes and within the intended scope:
Managing product roadmaps, versions, stories, features, and tasks.
Collaborating with AI tools and authorized MCP-enabled agents.
Automating aspects of project management and reporting.
You may not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our source code.
Circumvent usage or security restrictions.
Misuse the AI systems for unlawful, defamatory, or abusive behavior.
Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent.
All content, software, AI models, designs, and branding on Tynn.ai — including the fox logo, “Tynn,” “Tynn×,” and “Done is the engine of more” — are the property of Wish’s Wonders, LLC or its licensors.
You retain ownership of your project data, including uploaded content, stories, and version metadata.
By using the Service, you grant Tynn a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content solely for providing the Service.
Tynn uses AI to generate insights, draft content, and automate project tasks.
AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying all results before acting on them.
Tynn’s AI tools and MCP integrations are designed to assist, not replace, human decision-making.
We collect and process personal and organizational data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (published separately).
We do not sell user data.
AI and project data may be temporarily stored or processed to improve performance, but we will never train public models on your private content.
Some features require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing at the rate shown at checkout.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing or plans with prior notice.
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may suspend or modify features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or third-party failures beyond our control.
You may delete your account anytime.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms.
You misuse or abuse the Service.
Required by law or security obligations.
Upon termination, access ceases and stored data may be deleted after a retention window.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Tynn.ai is provided “as is.”
We do not warrant that it will be error-free or fit for a specific purpose.
In no event will Wish’s Wonders, LLC, its affiliates, or team be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wish’s Wonders, LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:
Your use of the Service,
Your violation of these Terms, or
Your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms at any time.
If we make material changes, we’ll notify users via email or platform notice.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, unless otherwise required by law.
