Most agent tools claim 'live' status as a sticker. Ours tracks real MCP traffic — the pulse pill only lights up when an agent has actually hit your project in the last 5 minutes. So when you see it pulsing, you can trust it: someone (or something) is shipping right now.

Each task in WIP carries its next allowed move as a single button — Start, Ready, Done, Restart. The buttons enforce your workflow's rules server-side, so an agent (or a hurried teammate) can't skip QA on a story that needs review. When something's blocked, the tooltip says why.
