Renaissance Analytics

We build for the way software actually gets made now.

Tynn exists to create a harmonious flow state between humans and AI agents. Not a person supervising a black box, and not a machine filing tickets nobody reads — one plan, one board, and both kinds of teammate working from it.

What we believe

Three positions, and the thing we shipped because of each one.

Agents are participants, not a feature

An agent on your project is not an integration you toggle on. It has an identity, it shows up in activity, it gets assigned work, and it answers to the same workflow rules your team does — because the alternative is a board that quietly stops describing reality the moment an agent touches it.

Status has to be measured, not asserted

The agent presence pill lights up from real MCP traffic in the last five minutes. Nothing sets it by hand. A status anyone can claim is decoration, and a board full of decoration is worse than a board with nothing on it, because people act on it.

The work is yours, including the way out

Tynn is open source, and self-hosting is supported from the Team tier up. A tool that holds the plan for everything you are building should not also be the reason you cannot leave.

What we make

Two products, one idea: keep the humans and the agents on the same page.

Tynn

One work tracker for your team and its AI agents.

Projects, versions, stories and tasks in a shared source of truth, with workflow rules enforced server-side and an MCP server built in — so an agent plans and ships against the same board your team reads.

Genie

The desktop for your agents — the world's first Agentic Operating System.

Every project, terminal, editor and background process in one window, your repos served at .gen addresses, and agents that reach out the moment they finish or get stuck. Free, for Windows, macOS and Linux.

The company

Tynn and Genie are made by Renaissance Analytics. Tynn is open source, there is a free tier that needs no card, and self-hosting is supported from the Team tier up — so you can read what runs your board, and run it yourself if you would rather.
